Come and join Bhangra Fitness classes for ADULTS with a difference. Learn Bhangra steps and get fit. Bhangra is a traditional North Indian style of dance to celebrate the harvest that now embraces western dance and its contemporary influences.
The aim of the class is to teach you in-depth pieces of Bhangra choreography to popular dancefloor hits, all while you sweat it out in a follow-me style fitness hour. It is a high-energy dance form that lets you move to your ability, and you will be taught a range of levels.
